Cancel Reservation

You will find your booking number on your e-mail confirmation the number can be recognised by Bxx-Fxxxx.

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 12:00 noon on the day before arrival. If you want to hold your reservation, please contact the hotel to guarantee your reservation. It's not possible to cancel a reservation when you have checked in online.
