Groups are welcome at Bastion Hotels. We accept group reservations from 10 rooms per night.

You can easily request a group reservation online. Fill in the travel details of your group as complete as possible so that we can make you a competitive offer. After processing your request you will receive an offer for your stay at Bastion Hotels. After approval you will receive a final booking confirmation.

You can easily request a group reservation online. We make a distinction between private requests, business requests and Travel Agent requests.
Groups that want to reserve a maximum of 9 rooms can make their own reservation in a hotel of their choice via this website.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Our hotels do not have separate group rooms. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available on request in the hotel restaurant

Yes, you can! When requesting a group reservation you can indicate if you want to dine with your group in the restaurant of our hotel. Bastion Hotels can offer your group a special group menu that will be served at a predetermined time. Our staff will be happy to tell you more about this when processing your request.
