Bastion Hotels offers parking facilities for passenger cars at almost all of its hotels. Most hotels even offer free parking, with the exception of the following locations:

• Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Noord (max. €8,40 per day) > public parking
• Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Zuidwest (€15.00 per day) > Bastion Hotels parking garage
• Bastion Hotel Maastricht Centre (€15.00 per day) > public parking garage
• Bastion Hotel Arnhem (€10.00 per day) > Bastion Hotels parking garage

No, the Bastion Hotels parking lots unfortunately do not have parking spaces for large vehicles. Please keep in mind that the hotel where you are staying cannot facilitate parking for large coaches or trucks.

As a hotel chain, we are required by law to have information ready about the guests staying at our hotels. We therefore ask all guests to complete a registration form at check-in.

Cribs are not standard in the rooms of Bastion Hotels, but can be reserved subject to availability. These cribs are suitable for children up to 3 years old (max. 1 per room). When booking, please indicate that a baby is staying in the room.

Some of our Bastion Hotels have bicycle racks to store bicycles safely, but unfortunately this is not the case at all hotels. Please contact the hotel where you are staying for more information about storing your bike safely via the contact form.

Yes, you can! All Bastion Hotels rooms are equipped with a safe in which you can safely store your valuables.

The use of the safe is always at your own risk. Bastion Hotels cannot be held liable for missing or damaged items.

Different opening hours apply for the breakfast buffet.

In almost all Bastion Hotels the bar is open until 23:30, with the exception of Bastion Hotel Amsterdam Airport and Best Western Amsterdam Airport. In these hotels the bar is open until 00:30.

Are you near the hotel before the official check-in time and would you like to check in earlier? If so, please contact the hotel where you are staying by phone. We cannot guarantee the possibility to check in earlier. This depends on the available rooms in the hotel.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotels.

Check out is possible until 12:00 at most Bastion Hotels.

At our hotels in Amsterdam and Maastricht you can check out until 11:00.

At Bastion Hotel Arnhem you can park in the covered parking garage underneath the hotel. The entrance of the parking lot is located at the back of the hotel, on the Ariën Verhoeffstraat. Set this address on your navigation to easily navigate to the garage. Buses can enter the garage via the entrance at the Eusebiusplein. This entrance is located next to the entrance of the hotel.
